Steps to Change Incoming and Outgoing Mail Severs 

Click on the links below for detailed steps to change your Incoming Mail Server and/or your Outgoing Mail Server.

Android Devices
  1. From the email app, press the menu key, then choose Settings.
  2. From settings, select your NCTC email account.
  3. Scroll down to Sever Settings.
  4. Choose Incoming server settings. Change incoming server to mail.tn-northcentral.sitereveal.net    Then, click Done.
  5. Select Outgoing server and change SMPT server to mail.tn-northcentral.sitereveal.net   Then, click Done.

IPhone
  1. Go to
  2. Go to Accounts & Passwords.
  3. Select your NCTC email account.
  4. Under Incoming mail server enter the correct server – mail.tn-northcentral.sitereveal.net
  5. Under Outgoing mail server check, it should be the same – mail.tn-northcentral.sitereveal.net
  6. To change the Outgoing mail server, click to select.
  7. Select the Primary server.
  8. Change your Host name to mail.tn-northcentral.sitereveal.net

Mac Mail
  1. Select Mail> Preferences from the menu bar in the Mail 
  2. Click the Accounts
  3. Highlight the account for which you want to change the Incoming and Outgoing servers.
  4. Change the Incoming Server to mail.tn-northcentral.sitereveal.net.
  5. On the Outgoing Mail Server tab, scroll down to Edit SMTP Server List and select.­­­­
  6. Highlight existing server for this account.
  7. Enter the new server name mail.tn-northcentral.sitereveal.net    Click OK.

Windows 10
  1. Open Windows 10 Mail.
  2. Select cog icon in the bottom left corner and then select Accounts from the right sidebar.
  3. Select your existing NCTC Email Account from the list.
  4. Select Change mailbox sync settings option at the bottom.
  5. Scroll down to the very bottom and select Advanced mailbox settings.
  6. Change the Incoming server and Outgoing server to mail.tn-northcentral.sitereveal.net

Microsoft Outlook 2007
  1. From your control panel, search for Mail and select.
  2. Select email Account Settings, then select your NCTC email account, then select Change
  3. Change your Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server to mail.tn-northcentral.sitereveal.net
  4. Click Next. Then click Finish.

Microsoft Outlook 2010, 2013
  1. From Outlook, select Info from the File menu of Microsoft Outlook
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Select your mail account and click
  4. Change the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server to mail.tn-northcentral.sitereveal.net
  5. Click Next. Then click Finish
